Onyourtoes,

I have no idea what you are talking about.  I had and have no  time to study names in the petition.

Do you ?

If someone signed, as you say, under false mentioned names  as   "mice",  mouse being a rodent,  I can see why  you would use the name rodent  and repeat  the words  of Sambatogo, who  mentioned    'infestation'.     I do not remember, nor do I wish to waste time  looking  up who, when, what, there was a less than  "meaningful discussion" regarding Canadian infestation of the petition, mentioned, and defended by Sambatogo.

Reminding us  the  important to British  states-women was not a rodent  was dispicable,  unnecessary,  because nobody  suggested it ,  nobody even mentioned  the  name Thatcher  till Onyourtoes,   and now Sambatogo   triesto   pin it on  Jazz.

Personally I am not  interested in knowing  who signs,  if real names are used,   added , deleted in the petition. Petition runs indpendatly of the forum , this Forum only used by Onyourtoes to advertise for free and to bring attention to WDC web site.

Actually,  my 10  years old just reminds me  and helped me to realize,  right now  , this is a waste of my  time.  Discussions  are  going nowhere,   only lots of finger pointing, accusations and excuses  within  the group of probably less a dozen,  if I believe what you say about the 40 +.

It would be same if the group was 12 + 40

Can group of  arguing, disagreeing  12,   or,    52   change dancesport   for the benefit of our children ?

Keggs saw it right and made the right decision.

Jazz,

Sambatogo thought is was you. But then you have so many alias that it is difficult to keep track of.

Who did bring up the name Mrs. Thatcher then?

Now it is nowhere to be found, it must have been removed again. As it was mentioned.

Appologies to you Jazz, if it was not you.

Did anyone hear or know anythibg about FIDS backing down and now allowing their juniors to dance at Blackpool?

Great news if this is true!

It is OK Sambatogo, this is not the first time you were wrong.  But nice to hear it

If FIDs "back off",  please do not thank Jazz,  as it may be a result  of a collaborative effort and a hard work of 40 +.

Jazz-

Sorry, but your speculation on FIDS could not be more wrong.

I just visited their website for the first time, and...

...Not only are they not - repeat - not reversing their decision concerning Blackpool, actually they have gone further !

They are now paying for their couples to dance in France at that same time in an event organised by an IPDSC promoter ( the federation  IPDSC is headed by Mr. Maxwell, fired by Leisureparcs).

So, not wishing to interpret, you simply got it wrong.

By the way, I am not "Onyourtoes" any more than I am Sammy Stopford. I am neither.

Not sure what you meant or said, but it truly doesn't matter, not at all.

Once again, simply, I am neither.

I wish you well and hope you can take my post as honest and accurate.

Best wishes.

Are you saying Jazz that you personally are trying to get IDSF to stop the ban on Blackpool. By dealing with those responsible?

It does not matter who-what-when   Sambatogo,  that is  if  Dancer 007 is right.

Jazz finds it problematic to find your post honest and accurate :

Accurate ?

What speculations ?  You mean that we should stop to try  persuade FIDs to change their course,  to stop suggesting that diplomacy  is the only way to negotiate with FIDs, that insults towards FIDs , IDSF and F. Galvagno will not only be ineffective, but (on the contrary) will cause adverse and hostile reaction ?

Was it Jazz who asked if others heard that FIDs had possibly softened their stand and may allow the team to attend ?   No.   It was Sambatogo.

For accuracy sake,   since you mentioned t, what do you suggest  Jazz got wrong  regarding the response  to Sambatogos  suggestion of " great news ! "   ?

Honest ?

Dancer 007 wishing  Jazz well

Lets see:  Sammy  and Jazz  used to get along quite well..way back in 90th,   BUT    if  Dancers 007 claims  not being   Sammy,   something suggested by another observer ?

Still, Jazz would like to believe Dancer 007:

So you  Dancer 007 stand on-your-toes,   the answer  regarding honesty  could be  a reluctant , MAYBE .

I wonder how many read the nasty and sarcastic FIDS attack on many great Italian dancers including dancers including Gozzoli/Betti, Soale/Cerasoli, Villa/Colagreco in January.

Then it is suggested that FIDS is interested in diplomacy and working with the WDC and their Italian member !!  Spend a little time on the FIDS website and you get lots of answers,

In fact FIDS is like a contributor here who thinks they are always perfect and they are always right and can do not wrong.  It people would listen and do exactly as they order the world and this forum would be perfect. A world without freedom without respect for others can never be perfect.

 Come on now, Jazz-

Don't focus on me. Focus on the topic.

Go to their website and you will see that simply, you got it wrong. Well, that's no big deal. It's just what it is, that's all. There was speculation that FIDS may be reversing their decision which you added may be proof of certain gentle diplomacy working and presumably that there was a flexibility.

I went on their website. There I found, not only that the "reversal" was totally untrue, but that they are now actually paying ( In Italian "gratis") for the couples to go to France, where an IPDSC organiser has an event. Peter Maxwell, as we know, is President of that organisation and was sacked by Leisureparcs.

If you can see that written on their website, then my submission is by definition, honest.

Also that I am no-one else except myself. This is not provable on a website in the public domain, but true nonetheless.

I am not the issue here. FIDS/IDSF bans are.

I bear you no malice. Simply respect and courtesy are what I offer, along with integrity.

I do, wish you well.

Now, to the issues.......
