Maybe people are unaware, maybe the petition is not reaching far enough, may be the petition was not well thought out.  Lets wait and see. 

There are also errors starting to appear. 

 Check your registrations, be responsible. That is the right thing to do.

 Its all right. 

My registration also had a mistake.   If anyone wants to correct a mistake, do what I have done, go to the source and request the needed correction.

The American flag can be easily switched for a Maple Leaf if so desired, there are many Maple Leafs already, obviously they did something right ( providing they are from Canada and not from India )

I for one, appreciate  a proud Canadian  defending own flag and  while asking more Canadians to register, it is a worthwhile cause - I am told.

Personally, I see not a hint of personal attack against the name Millete,  but I definitely see an unprovoked  assault and a definite hint of insult at  minime for mentioning possible mistakes made in registrations,  something which Sambatogo agreed with  when he confirme the mistake providing own examples.  

Wouldn't  the petition credibility only benefit from more accuratcy, correct   information and corrected errors.  Maybe  thank yous  should be in order rather then the opposite. 

 To this reader the example was about  assigning incorrect flag not about  the mentioned registrant.   

Are such   insults necessary ?  The  error can be easily corrected,  the Maple Leaf can be assigned to the right registrant.  Why such a harsh  overeaction ?

 Minime is aware of the response  and  Sambatogo's  insult  but  thought at firsts it was unworthy a response.

 Instead of freaking out  Sambatogo should realize that at no point has Minime, at any time, discussed and indicate any wrong doing of  Mr. Millet as Sambatogo alleged.      Minime,  until this day,  considers especially Mr. Millet to be a gentleman,   a reputable member of CDDCS, a person of significance,  character and a distinction, and of course a Canadian representative,  who  belongs under the flag with  Maple Leaf , and not  Stars and Stripes.

All Sambatogo needed to say,  if he needed to comment at all, was that USA flag was inserted due to some technicality- well he did, but than added some completely unnecessary and unfounded and ugly comments.

Minime could ask Sambatogo,  who is not at all acting  as a person of the above mentioned distinction,  to  prove his allegations and  provide a single proof  that  Minime mentioned  name of  Mr. Allain Millet in a bad way,  in fact,  challenges  Sambatogo to point a single post made by Minime where name A. Millet was mentioned.

Caution: Minime would not accept if Sambatogo digs out some unkind statement made by  'who-knows-who'   if such has ever been made,  and would claim 'who-knows-who'  is  minime -  so that we understand each other. 

Mimime also find Sambatogo's comment regarding  the Canadian infestation of the Freedom to Dance registry  quite offensive,  but having been on the receiving end of Sambatogo's insults, not at all surprised.

Minime recalls threads called    "Shame on Canada",  and is disappointed that some people would have such a low opinion of Canada and the Canadians,  and be so vindictive and resort to  use of such a language.

However Minime respects the freedom of expression and  accept that people  differ.  It does not make such a behaviour  right.  

Sorry, this is about The Petition for Freedom of Dance, Minime pointed out some errors were taking place,  Sambatogo gave example and confirm the same observation, others commented and suggested a corrective action, suppose with over 850  registrants  on board  the support is growing, again Minime - feeling patriotic misses many more Canadian flags. Please assure your registrations are accurate  for the credibility sake.

Come on now...this is off the topic again...

Sambatogo, it is you who keeps mentioning the name constantly, are you saying Jazz or minime flagged the phone number and address ?  Is this guy so important ? 

If someone discusses an organization  they are not discrediting anyone specific. If  discussing  WDC what makes you think they criticize by you mentioned  Mr. Millette ?

Hasn't  minime already  said what he/she thought and how highly regarded the person ?

Why are you so sensitive and protective of this person  ,  this is so weird ?   Singling out  by not even saying but  copying  a section from a petition which is being discussed here pointing out  a wrong flag was assigned, trying to fix errors ?  What's wrong with it ?  

It is too bad for this  petition has so  many mistake, mistakes and errors  Sambatogo observed himself.  . Have them fixed and stop complaining.

To Jazz and minime

In the last little while I have asked Jazz and minime if they could stay on topic, which is important, and not always try to inject some propaganda about Canada and the CDF – always done as if she were just adding to the discussion.

I believe Goldfinger and Sambatogo were right. Consider this:

Minime wrote with respect to the Petition-

"There are also errors beginning to appear. Taken in random order:  the supporter #215 alain millette …..is hardly an American."

 Goldfinger is right. There were plenty of other ways to point out there are errors. Was it really random that Mr. Millette's name was chosen? I think not.

Millette's name was brought into the conversation so that the following line could be included.

 "hasn't the majority of Canadian dancers allegedly already left the destructive CADA?"

This line has absolutely nothing to do with errors in the petition – no matter how you try to disguise its inclusion. It is propaganda pure and simple and because it is directed at one person it is malicious.

I'm sure I am not the only one who finds your continued obsession with trying to convince everyone your view of Canada is correct, quite tiresome. We can make up our own minds.
