UK Open 2019 - Amateur Latin and Professional Ballroom

Wednesday night at the UK Open finished with two beautifully danced finals. The first one was Amateur Latin and results were announced in reverse order. The third place, just as last year went to Damir Haluzan and Anna Mashchyts from Slovenia. The second place went to the last years winners Klemen Prasnikar and Alexandra Averkieva from Slovenia, and the first place to Ferdinando Iannaccone and Yulia Musikhina from USA who were extremelly happy to finally get the title. They finished with Jive as their honour dance. Fantastic result for them, clear winners being placed first in all the dances, well done!
Professional Ballroom finals followed and the lineup was also announced in reverse order. The couple who got the third place were Domen Krapez and Natasha Karabey who represent Germany. The runners up this year were Valerio Colantoni and Monica Nigro from Italy. Tonight was a very good night for them as they finally moved over Domen and Monica. It was a close call between these two couples. The winners were Andrea Ghigiarelli and Sara Andracchio from England. They finished the night with an honour dance Quickstep. Congratulations!
